Founded by Dr. Robb Erskine, the firm brings over two decades of experience in leadership development, learning strategy, and organizational design. He has worked across worlds — education, public service, healthcare, and entrepreneurial innovation — each revealing a different facet of how people learn, adapt, and create meaning in their work.
What unites them all is a single question that continues to guide him: how do humans grow, lead, and transform the systems they build?

Through this journey, he has come to see leadership and learning not as fixed disciplines, but as living crafts — shaped by reflection, strengthened by practice, and grounded in the shared desire to make something enduring and true. Robb’s work has focused on helping people and systems learn faster, lead better, and sustain performance through purposeful reflection.
